Powerful, nutritious ingredients for the skin

Avocado & Oat Face Mask for Clear & Smooth Skin

Coming from Central America, avocados have flooded the world of healthy eating and natural beauty for all the right reasons! With a creamy fluffy texture that gives you the feeling of applying a luxurious mousse to your skin, avocados are rich in excellent nutrients, such as biotin, vitamin A and fatty acids, which rejuvenate the face and have a healing effect.

Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal powder
  • 1 tablespoon avocado puree
Instructions:

Place the oatmeal and avocado puree in a bowl and mix the two ingredients until you form a uniform mixture. Once the mixture is creamy, apply it on a clean face and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse the mask with lukewarm water, rubbing your face in a circular motion. This will help further exfoliate and scrape the dead skin cells, revealing a new softer skin.

Wipe your face with a clean cotton towel… and you are ready! You do not need to use additional hydration after the mask since the avocado has already done it for you!

Bonus Tips:
  • If you have time, leave the mask for a longer time until it dries.
  • Do not use soap after removing the face mask as this will remove the natural oils from the skin.
  • Save some oatmeal powder when you prepare the mixture to save time the next time you apply the mask.

Face Mask with Honey, Coconut Oil & Avocado for Deep Hydration

From Cleopatra to the mysterious empresses, honey has always played an important role in women's care and is still considered the natural elixir of health and youth. Rightly, then, it could be described as the ultimate ally of natural beauty. Its herbal healing, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory properties provide solutions to a range of skin problems. Prefer Manuka honey which comes from the pollen of the New Zealand manuka bush and has strong antimicrobial properties or any organic honey.

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon natural honey
  • 1 teaspoon avocado puree
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients listed above with a spoon. Clean your face and wipe well. Start applying the mask on your skin, doing circular massage movements for about 1-2 minutes and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. During this time, stay upright or lie down in a quiet place and spend a few minutes to make beautiful and happy thoughts about the future. Because a little daydreaming never hurt anyone! Rinse your face with lukewarm water and wipe it gently with clean paper! This will help you get rid of the excess coconut oil left over from the mask, while allowing your skin to stay hydrated.

Bonus Tips:

  • For this extremely beneficial face mask, we suggest making a face steam. This will help to open the pores of the skin, allowing the nutrients of the mask to penetrate deeply.
  • Use raw organic honey, if possible.
  • Do not worry if the coconut oil is in solid form. Once it comes in contact with your skin, it will automatically begin to melt.

Face Mask with Egg White, Lemon & Honey to Fight Acne

This is a great mask to fight acne and more! Egg white is one of the most popular ingredients used in beauty recipes due to its high content of nutrients that act beneficially on the skin. From tightening and eliminating fine lines to restoring cellular tissue and retaining moisture in skin cells, there are definitely some good reasons to try this mask!

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg white
  • Or lemon
  • Or teaspoon of honey

Instructions:

Break an egg and separate the egg white from the yolk. You will only need the egg white for this recipe. Put the egg white in a bowl, squeeze 1/2 small lemon in it and add the honey to the mixture. Take a fork and start beating the mixture until it is homogeneous. Apply the mask on a clean face, using a little cotton and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. When the recommended time has passed, rinse your face with lukewarm water, wipe it gently with a clean cotton towel… and you are ready!

Bonus Tips:

  • When you put on the mask you may feel a slight sting due to the lemon juice. If you are sensitive to lemon, adjust its proportion in the mixture using a smaller amount or adding a little water.

Banana Face Mask for Anti-Aging

Did you know that bananas are the natural substitute for botox? Yet! Nature has once again taken care to have all the nutrients we need to regenerate our skin and win the battle against time. Ingredients:

  • 1 small banana (preferably ripe)
  • 1 teaspoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon yogurt

Instructions:

Then rinse your face with lukewarm water and wipe it gently with a clean cotton towel. Ready! Look in the mirror and enjoy the result! Your skin looks and is fresh and rejuvenated.

  • If you have overripe bananas, do not throw them away! Make a larger amount of face mask and store it safely in your refrigerator for about 5-7 days!
  • Also, if you want you can use this mask for exfoliating action, adding oats.
  • Do you have dry skin? Add a little coconut oil or olive oil to the recipe to lock in moisture on your skin.

Strawberry Face Mask, Yogurt & Honey for Natural Shine

What better than red, sweet, juicy strawberries in the spring and strawberry ice cream under the hot summer sun? Certainly for many of us strawberries have a special taste that drives our palate crazy! But what makes a strawberry so good for our skin? Rich in powerful antioxidants, vitamin C and folic acid, strawberry is one of our strongest allies in the fight against free radicals and the production of new skin cells, creating the basis for a healthy, youthful and radiant face. If they are combined with the king in the category of nutrition, yogurt, you understand that the results will be spectacular and the following recipe will soon be one of your favorites!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe strawberry
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon yogurt

Instructions:

Choose a ripe strawberry and use a fork to mash it along with the other ingredients. Cleanse your face with a mild cleanser and wipe it well. Using your fingertips, apply the mask all over your face, avoiding the areas around the eyes. Be sure that you will go crazy with its wonderful smell! Put your favorite playlist and enjoy 10-15 minutes of rest or even better until it dries. When you are ready to remove it, gently start rubbing using lukewarm water. After removing the mask well, pour a little cold water on your face to close your pores… and you are ready!

Bonus Tips:

  • Yogurt can stick to individual spots on your face if the mask is dry, so you need to have a little patience in the process of removing the mask.
  • Also, since the strawberry has a deep exfoliating effect, avoid rubbing your face hard to rinse the mask. Instead, make gentle circular motions and devote the required amount of time so as not to cause redness.
